Which product should I start with?

Choose by your situation. Nutricore Vital Recovery Spray is built for no touch application, Regenerate RX Balm is a targeted balm, Zombie Lips is everyday lip care, and Infusion supports a compatible hygiene routine.

Are Zombie Sport Co products only for fighters?

No. The products are built around training, friction, sweat, and shared-surface routines, but the line also includes everyday active life and pets.

How often do I apply?

Spritz Infusion before you step on the mat and again when training is over. If you notice a scrape, split, burn, or rough spot, apply Regenerate RX a minimum of three times a day. Use Nutricore VITAL when you need a no-touch option. Apply it three times a day for three days, then once a day for two days. Repeat the cycle as needed.
